I just purchased this for my cat, along with some toy balls, a feather wand and some toy mice. She played with the other toys for awhile, but then stopped. Once I took the cat dancer out of the package, she went nuts and played with it for at least half an hour. It's the only toy I've seen that could keep her attention for that long. Here's a link to the site where I bought it, it's cheap!

Oh, that is a great toy! It looks like you would get plenty of arm excercise trying to keep your cat happy with that. I have seen my friend's cat play with yarn that was tied to a doorknob. This cat would just keep at it until finally too tired and wind up taking a nap right there at the bottom of the door.

That sounds fun for the cat but you can do a thing like that enable for you not to buy it online. Well, I remember playing with our cat by tying a thing in one end of a string then put it on top of the cat where she'd be able to see and grab it, just like that. Cats really love toys with strings.
