My cat's favorite toy of the moment has a fuzz ball attached to a metal spring that is protruding from a small block of wood covered with carpet. She runs far away and then pounces on it when she thinks it's not looking.
I have recently seen a toy that is basically a big plastic circle with openings on the top and a ball inside, so that cats can stick their paws inside and bat around at the ball. It seems interesting, but I'm wondering whether cats would get bored with not being able to get the ball out. Anyway, I'm curious about what kinds of toys you buy for your cats, besides the usual toy mice, balls and things with string on them. Do they enjoy a particular toy, and if so, which one? |

My cats do not have a favorite toy except the dog. They love picking on the dog. They love teaming up on him but he generally gets the best of them but there are a few times where they get him to run in to a wall or something. It is quite funny when he gets owned by the cats. My older cat does not play with toys and the other one loves mice (real) When she catches on she loves to torture it.

My cat has a plethora of cat toys to choose from. I should say that I have been really pampering my cat. Her favorite toy is a feather toy which has a lot of colorful feathers - pink and blue and yellow. It also likes a stuffed toy which looks like a mouse.

My cat enjoys the box it came in better than the toy inside, plastic drinking straws, balls. But id like to share what my mom has told me. Avoid this in choosing for toys for your cats:
1. Loose string 2. Anything elastic 3. curling ribbon 4. Plastics (Can suffocate a cat) 5. Any small items. The first three items can tangle in intestines if swallowed and the last is choking hazard. |

My cat adores the Kitty-Go-Krazy toy. It's super cool because it keeps him busy while I'm at work. I find that it also gives him some exercise since he's playing so much. The toy is great because it has a timer on it so I can control when it goes off (ideal for when I'm at work). One thing that I REALLY LIKE is that the toy comes with multiple attachments; it's awesome because I can give my kitty some variety when he's playing

My cats favorite toy is a peice of string! he has never been interested in anything but string, so if you've got a peice of string try that!
p.s dont use thick metalic string, my cat got it stuck in his throat and he swallowed it, we had to get him a big operation..... so don't use that. |
