Smooth balls are not good for playing pick up

cessy Frog Join Date: Jan 2007 Posts: 186	Smooth balls are not good for playing pick up I had a friend and she used to play with her dog using a smooth ball. I do not know what is the material of the ball but I find it smooth and shiny. When she threw the ball to her dog, the dog picked it up but got almost choked in it because it accidentally slid down to its throat because the ball is smooth. After that incident, my friend just used sticks to play pick up with her dog.
