i've seen a few cats named shadow because they were black. i have also seen dogs named christy and jeremy soo i guess all names apply

well i like to name my pets by car parts or brands like JDM or something so its everybody's own interest that counts haha

I find giving pets human names inappropriate. It's nice to name them after someone you know like perhaps the person who gave them, but when they grow up, they seem to have no identity of their own. It's much better to name them according to how they behave.
