I am just very curious how much a horse costs nowadays? I happened to watch a film about racing horses. I really admired the girl-equestrian in the film. How I wish to have my own horse and be able to ride it and be an equestrian. I think you have to be very rich to have your own horse, am I right?

If you are planning to become an equestrian, I think that's a different story. Owning a horse is not that expensive especially in the province. My friend's dad just bought one. Not a very big one, though. They just wash it with ordinary shampoo, they brush it's skin and that's it. But if you are to use the horse to compete as an equestrian, there's certainly a need for you to pamper your horse the more and training the horse is another expense. Being an equestrian, indeed, requires one to be rich! Unless you have sponsors.
