First off, I have to ask if you went to see your vet regarding this. Sometimes when a dog smells bad it could be the sign of a skin problem in which case the shampoo won't help. It is also important to make sure your dogs' anal gland are not infected or impacted, this can also cause the odor. If neither of these is the case then any shampoo will do the trick. Use some White Vinegar and warm water when you rinse. Hope this helps.
