Sounds like Pinworms, normally not a problem unless they get too numerous, as is apparent since you can see them
Usual med for Pinworms is Piperazine 1oz/gallon drinking water for 3 days, repeated twice at 30 day intervals. No need to weigh, dosage is same for small or large rabbits.
